Poker face for actress at Lady Gaga stunt
AN aspiring actress from Farnborough took part in a publicity stunt when she and 10 other women dressed as Lady Gaga at a poker event.
Leigh Emma Nicholson, 24, wore a blonde wig and silver leotard when she travelled to Leicester Square, in London, on September 23, for the World Series of Poker Europe.
The women turned out in support of Phil Hellmuth Junior, whose Poker Face has won him the World Series 11 times.
The Lady Gagas arrived in the square by bus, complete with a marching band. They sang Lady Gaga’s hit song Poker Face outside the Empire Casino before leading Hellmuth inside the building.
The poker grand master is known for grand entrances – he entered the same event last year dressed as Julius Caesar, riding on a chariot.
Gaga breaks record for most weeks in the UK charts!
Lady Gaga has been in the UK charts for 154 consecutive weeks. That’s higher than any other artist in history.
Just recently down here in Australia Gaga made chart history - Poker Face has been in the charts for over 100 weeks now!
